The public artwork will be installed under Abbey Bridge in Evesham, transforming the area between Crown Meadow and Corporation Meadow into a vibrant public space.
Wychavon District Council is inviting residents to help shape the artwork through a two-week survey launching on Monday, July 28.
Phil Maclean, chair of the Evesham Place Board, said: “Commitment to making our area a vibrant focal point is our priority, and I am eager to hear what residents envision for these installations.”
The survey will gather ideas and themes from the community, which will then be used in a design workshop involving young people, residents, and a professional artist.
The final design will reflect the collective input and identity of Evesham.
Councillor Rob Adams, executive board member for strong communities, culture and sport, said: “These artworks will be a fantastic enhancement to Evesham and provide another reason to explore our wonderful town.
“I urge everyone to take part and help us create something remarkable.”
The project was first proposed by the Evesham Place Board, a group made up of representatives from local businesses, community organisations, and elected officials.
Installation of the artwork is planned for spring 2026.
The scheme is being funded through Wychavon’s allocation of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Residents have until Monday, August 11 to submit their ideas and help shape what will become a lasting part of Evesham’s public space.
