This week’s pick is Bill Donohoe’s painting ‘Mrs Jane Brennan.’
Bill’s piece is part of the Alston Art Group Summer Art Exhibition, which is being held at St Augustine’s Church and features a range of work by members and friends of the group.
“Sales have been at a record level, and we’ve seen many visitors from near and far,” said Julie Horrocks, chair of the Alston Art Group.
Most of the artwork on display is available for purchase, alongside a selection of cards and prints.
The exhibition is open from August 9 to August 25, 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and on Sunday afternoons.
