The event is set to take place on Saturday, August 2. The aim of the festival is to showcase some of the “fantastic” aviation art that people have created.
There will also be an opportunity for visitors to purchase the pieces of art.
A spokesperson for the Solway Aviation Museum has said: “We hope to be hosting painters, photographers, woodturners, collage, mixed media and digital artists, sculptors – anyone who produces high quality aviation art.”
There will also be the chance for attendees to work with some of the artists to create their own pieces of aviation art.
