80 pieces of art in new exhibition at Wisbech Gallery

“Draw 25” is the gallery’s first open competition focused on drawing.

It showcases works from 40 artists across the East of England.

Ruby Bellamy, manager at Wisbech Gallery, said: “We developed the concept of an open drawing competition as we want people to consider the idea of ‘what is drawing’ and think about its definition in the widest sense.

“The judging panel had a difficult job selecting which artworks would appear in the exhibition, and they also then had to choose the winning entry and runner-up.”
