A showcase of paintings by Robert Rose including several brand new pieces were displayed, all “inspired by the local area”.
Musical acts included a lute player, a rock choir, a show song performance, folk tunes and popular ballads, and visitors enjoyed a King Alfred’s Lost Wantage Palace walking tour.
The festival has been running for nearly three decades and attracted thousands of visitors in past years.
